Nina Lefebvre

Nina Lefebvre has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nina is currently working as the Global People & Culture Director at WithSecure, where they oversee the HR operations for the Commercial business unit and the global Marketing organization. Nina also plays a key role in promoting leadership development and fostering wellbeing, inclusion, diversity, and equity initiatives.

Prior to their current role, Nina served as the Director of Global People Operations at WithSecure. Nina also worked as a Senior Global Human Resource Partner at pladis Global, providing HR support at a global level.

In addition, Nina held the position of Head of HR Europe, Asia, and North America at Bibby Financial Services. Nina also served as a Global People Business Partner at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they managed people-related processes for the global IT organization and led a large-scale downsizing project in the UK GHQ.

Before joining Anheuser-Busch InBev, Nina worked as a Global HR Business Partner at SABMiller, where they provided HR guidance to three leadership teams in the Global IT organization and played a vital role in driving a large-scale transformation program.

Earlier in their career, Nina worked as an HR Manager at Betsson Group and British American Tobacco, holding various HR roles and responsibilities, including talent management, HR business partnering, and project management.

Nina's career started at the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration, where they worked as an Admission Assistant and later in the Study Office, handling tasks related to student admissions, registration, and graduation.

Overall, Nina Lefebvre has a wealth of experience in global HR management, leadership development, talent management, and organizational transformation.

Nina Lefebvre completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Development Economics and International Development at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2012 to 2016. Nina then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Behavioural Science: Education, Development, Management, and Politics at the University of Helsinki from 2001 to 2006. As part of their studies, they also participated in a study abroad program at La Trobe University in 2003, focusing on Marketing & Management. Currently, Nina Lefebvre is pursuing a Level 1 in Award in Wines at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, specializing in becoming a Wine Steward/Sommelier, starting in 2023.
