Viorica Milea

Viorica Milea has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Viorica currently works as a Lead Service Designer at WithSecure, where they have built a customer experience strategy and vision and is leading the service design practice. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Consultant and Service Designer at Fluido, where they contributed to improving customer data utilization. Viorica also has experience in organizational leadership, having served as the Chair of the Board of Directors at JCI (Junior Chamber International) and holding various positions within the organization. Viorica has a background in design thinking, database development, and project management, with previous roles at PAF and Ericsson. At PAF, they led the organization's transformation towards a customer-centric approach and facilitated the adoption of Scrum framework. At Ericsson, Viorica was an Oracle Developer involved in system integration testing.

Viorica Milea completed their Master's Degree in International Design Business Management at Aalto University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ovidius University, Constanta, Romania, from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Belbin Accredited, Salesforce Administrator, Community Cloud Basics, AGILE COACHING ICAgile Certified Professional, ORACLE PL/SQL Advanced Developer, and ISTQB CERTIFIED TESTER Foundation Level.
