Jeroen de Bruijn has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Jeroen co-founded and currently serves as the Lead Embedded Software at Withthegrid since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an Intern at INSIDE Secure for a few months in 2015. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Team Lead at Albert Heijn. Before that, they worked as an Engineer at van den Pol Groep from 2008 to 2012.

Finally, Jeroen achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2013 to 2019.

Withthegrid

Withthegrid supports energy grid operators by digitising their maintenance and optimisation processes. Through algorithms and machine learning techniques it can more accurately forecast demand and optimise production. This helps grid operators and producers save energy costs. The withthegrid remote monitoring devices also enable continuousmonitoring of assets and helps reduce operational costs and extend asset lifetime.
