Johnson Phanyaseng

Johnson Phanyaseng serves as the Head of Engineering at Squad since December 2023, after co-founding and holding the position of CTO at Adaptive Pulse from January 2020 to December 2023, focusing on predictive customer intelligence. Johnson has participated in various accelerators, including Highline Beta and NextAI. Previous roles include software consultant at Strata Research, co-founder and CTO at DocuAir, and lead for special projects at Bonfire Interactive, where a successful new product launch was executed. Johnson's early career involved positions as a senior software developer at KAIN Labs and Varcan, as well as co-founder and CEO of CloudRoutable. Education includes an advanced diploma in Computer Programmer Analyst from Conestoga College.
