Alicia Kouparitsas

Alicia Kouparitsas has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alicia is currently working at WithYouWithMe as the Chief Marketing Officer and previously held the role of Vice President at the same company. WithYouWithMe is a tech company focused on addressing underemployment by providing software and services to help military personnel and marginalized communities upskill in high-demand tech careers. Prior to joining WithYouWithMe, Alicia worked as the Group Head of Brand & Engagement at Boustead Geospatial Group from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they served as a Trustee at CEDA - Committee for Economic Development of Australia from 2018 to 2021. Alicia also has experience in the marketing and communications field, having worked as a Regional Marketing Communications Manager at Esri Australia and Esri South Asia from 2014 to 2019, and as a Senior PR & Communications Specialist at Esri Australia from 2010 to 2014. Alicia started their career as an Account Manager at Entourage Media & Advertising from 2008 to 2010, and as an Editor and Journalist at Aura and Abode Magazines from 2005 to 2008.

Alicia Kouparitsas obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from Griffith University, which they attended from 2016 to 2019. Prior to this, they studied Journalism, Marketing, and Business at The University of Queensland from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, Alicia received certifications including a Masters of Marketing from Griffith University in May 2019 and the Griffith Award for Academic Excellence in January 2018.
