Fay Ramlawi Benton

Fay Ramlawi Benton serves as the Senior Vice President of Development at WITKOFF since 2025, bringing extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors. Prior to WITKOFF, Fay worked as a Project Manager at Coastal Construction Company, overseeing project finances and client relations. Fay held the position of Senior Project Manager at The Rinaldi Group and served as Owner’s Representative and Senior Development Project Executive at Optimum Developments, managing complex construction projects and facilitating stakeholder communication. Earlier roles include Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, Trustee and Head of Development at Ramlawi Family Real Estate Trust, and various financial positions at Charles Schwab and Fidelity Investments. Fay holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Florida International University.
