Kersten Tom Janik

Kersten Tom Janik has extensive work experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Kersten Tom is currently the Chief Operating Officer at WITTE Automotive since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Quadriga Consult Group as the Managing Director from March 2011 to March 2019. From 2009 to 2011, they were the owner of Janik Management Consulting, where they specialized in providing consultancy services in strategy, process management, and project management. Before that, they served as the CEO of tedrive Holding B.V. from December 2007 to 2009. At Robert Bosch, they held several senior positions, including Senior Vice President from April 2006 to November 2007, Senior Vice President & Plant Manager from April 2002 to March 2006, and Director from October 1999 to March 2002. Kersten Tom started their career as the CEO of confidence consult from October 1996 to September 1999, and as a Partner at Liebich & Partner AG from January 1994 to September 1996.

Kersten Tom Janik completed their Abitur from Gottlieb-Daimler-Gymnasium between 1977 and 1982. Kersten Tom then pursued higher education at Bundeswehr University Munich from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Diplom degree in Wirtschafts- und Organisationswissenschaften (Economics in Industrial Management and HR).
