Jeanine Amilowski

Jeanine Amilowski serves as the Research Director for Strategy & Operations at WittKieffer, where leadership is provided to both the Research Strategy and Research Operations teams since April 2024. Previously, Jeanine held the position of Assistant Director for Executive Talent Attraction Recruiting at EY-Parthenon from December 2021 to October 2023, focusing on sourcing and building relationships with Strategy Consultants and M&A Executives. At SpartanNash in 2021, Jeanine developed innovative sourcing strategies as a Senior Talent Sourcer & Strategist, emphasizing Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Intelligence. Jeanine's extensive experience also includes a 15-year tenure at Korn/Ferry International as Director of Research, where a team was built and led, along with a role as Senior Research Manager at the Carlyle Group, identifying candidates and establishing talent pipelines. Jeanine began the career as an Information Specialist at Heidrick & Struggles, leading initiatives in Knowledge Management. Jeanine holds a Master of Information & Library Science from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Hunter College.
