Jewell Lay, Ed.D, currently serves as a Research Strategy Analyst at WittKieffer since November 2021. Previously, Jewell Lay held the position of Lead Water Bankruptcy Analyst and Department Trainer at Harris & Harris from April 2018 to October 2021.
