Terri Mujica

Terri Mujica is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as an Advisor for WittKieffer since July 2019, Terri supports the firm’s newly launched Interim Leadership practice, enhancing the Healthcare division's capabilities. As President and Managing Director of TM Consulting since December 2016, Terri leads strategic initiatives related to workforce development and project management. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at B. E. Smith, Inc., Director of Human Resources at Compass Behavioral Health, and Senior Human Resources Consultant at St. Catherine Hospital. Terri holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources from Ottawa University and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from Friends University. Areas of expertise encompass growth strategy, workforce transformation, talent management, and multicultural programs in the healthcare sector.
