Dr. Claudia Vielsack has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and organizations. Dr. Claudia began their career in 2007 with an internship and project thesis at Volksbank Kraichgau Wiesloch-Sinsheim EG. Dr. Claudia then completed internships and project theses at Olho Sinsheim GmbH in 2008 and Monowell GmbH in 2009. In 2010, Dr. Vielsack worked as a diploma thesis and working student in human resources at FUCHS PETROLUB Group, and as a tutor and student assistant at the University of Mannheim, Chair of Business & Economic Education.
Dr. Claudia continued their education at the University of Mannheim, where they worked as a PhD student and research assistant from 2011 to 2016.
In 2016, Dr. Vielsack became an HR Development Consultant at TWT GmbH, where they worked until 2020. In 2017, they started working as a lecturer in management at DHBW Stuttgart, a role they held until November 2020.
Since July 2020, Dr. Vielsack has been involved in international HR development and leadership at Witzenmann Group. In addition, they took on the role of lecturer in HR management at HS Pforzheim in March 2021. Overall, their work experience spans various industries, including finance, manufacturing, and academia.
Dr. Claudia Vielsack has a strong education background in Business and Economic Education. Dr. Claudia obtained their first degree, a Qualified Teacher of Business Studies (Diploma), with a focus on Business and Economic Education & Mathematics from the University of Mannheim from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they pursued a higher level of education and earned their Dr. rer.pol. degree in Business and Economic Education from the University of Mannheim from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, Dr. Vielsack holds a certification in AdA (Ausbildereignungsprüfung) from the Industrie und Handelskammer Rhein-Neckar, which they obtained in December 2010.
