Joona Forss

Joona Forss has a strong background in entrepreneurship and strategy coordination. Joona is the Founder and CEO of Witview Oy since 2019, where they lead the company. Prior to that, they founded and served as CEO of Aarium, a leading marketplace software company, since 2014.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Joona worked at ABB as a Master's Thesis Worker and Assisting Coordinator from 2013 to 2014. Here, they focused on improving strategy implementation through their master's thesis.

Joona also gained valuable experience at Aalto University, where they served as a Program Coordinator for the Master's program in Strategy from 2010 to 2011. Joona was responsible for coordinating program activities and developing a new marketing strategy based on market research conducted by him and their colleague. Prior to their work at Aalto University, Joona held the role of Sales Manager at aTalent Recruiting from 2009 to 2010. Joona successfully sold the company's products and played a key role in improving the sales and marketing processes, contributing to significant revenue and profit growth.
