Lois Lin

Lois Lin has extensive work experience in the legal field. Lois currently holds the position of Chief Legal Officer at Wiwynn, where they have been working since 2019. Prior to that, they served as Chief Legal Counsel at Wiwynn starting in November 2019.

Before their time at Wiwynn, Lois worked at Marshall Denning from September 2017 to October 2019 as Counsel, DXC Technology Managed Legal Solutions. Lois gained fifteen years of legal advisory and contract negotiation experience in various sectors, with a focus on the financial industries and BPO IT outsourcing.

Lois also worked at DXC Technology as a Senior Counsel from April 2017 to October 2019. Prior to that, they held positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as New Business Team Manager, APJ Legal from November 2015 to August 2017, and as ES Region Senior Counsel, New Business Team Manager from September 2016 to March 2017.

Lois began their career at HP in 2012, where they held various roles such as Contract Negotiator, Interim HK Country Counsel, and Contract Negotiator for HP Enterprise Business, Asia Pacific & Japan.

Lois also has experience as a Legal Manager at VIA Technologies, Inc. from April 2009 to May 2011, as well as a Contract Specialist at Electronic Data Systems from October 2005 to April 2009.

Lois Lin completed their Master of Laws (LLM) degree at Duke University School of Law from 2000 to 2001.
