Aviva Starovolsky-Peisach is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in backend engineering and R&D management across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Head of Backend Engineering at Wix.com since September 2016, Aviva has previously held significant roles such as VP of R&D at myThings, where oversight of a large R&D team resulted in notable improvements in efficiency and employee satisfaction.
