David Kraus

David Kraus serves as the Global Head of Customer Care for Wix, overseeing customer support for Wix Studio, Editor X, and collaborating with top users, partners, and developers since December 2019. Prior to Wix, David was the Director of Support and Hiring Manager at Juno Inc., where responsibilities included managing a team of team leaders and nearly 50 support specialists while developing departmental strategies. David's earlier roles at Juno included Support Team Leader, Recruitment Assistant, Queue Manager, and Operations Specialist, focusing on recruitment and team efficiency in a high-pressure environment. David's career began in the hospitality industry as Head Bartender and Part-Time Manager at Mike's Place Bar in Tel Aviv. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Tel Aviv University.
