Dr. Eli Bendet-Taicher

Dr. Eli Bendet-Taicher, PhD, serves as the Head of Global Learning & Talent Development at Wix.com since February 2020, where a globally recognized Learning & Development department has been spearheaded, enhancing support for Customer Care and Account Management teams. Previous roles include Global Head of Learning and Development at Outbrain, where strategic initiatives for employee performance and engagement were led, and Director of Kaltura University, overseeing educational strategies and platforms. Additionally, Dr. Bendet-Taicher co-founded JetSpread, served as an Advisory Board Member for various organizations, and held academic positions as an Adjunct Professor at New York University and Bar-Ilan University.
