Kristoffer Yap

Kristoffer Yap is currently the Solution Delivery Director and Head of AI Customer Experience at WIZ.AI. Prior to this, Kristoffer worked as a Senior Manager in Dialogue Engineering & Operations at the same company. Before joining WIZ.AI, Kristoffer was an External Consultant at Prysmian Group, where Kristoffer previously held roles as a Production Planning Engineer and Operations Engineer as part of the Prysmian Graduate Program. Kristoffer also has experience as a Programmer at Silverlake Group. Kristoffer holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
