Linda Zhong

Linda Zhong has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Linda started their career as an HR manager at Shanghai Boke Software Company in 2002. From there, they joined everse in 2003, where they worked as a senior HR recruiter and HR generalist. In 2005, Linda joined Cognizant as the HR Head for China, where they successfully built and managed the HR operations, leading to significant growth in the company's employee count. Linda also played a key role in client meetings and contributed to the development of best practices in human resources management. Linda continued their journey at Cognizant, taking on various roles such as Associate Director HR, Director HR, and Senior Director HR. In these roles, they were responsible for all human capital-related matters for the ASEAN and Greater China region, working closely with business stakeholders and achieving high employee satisfaction scores. Linda then served as the Head of Human Resources at Upskills from 2021 to 2023 before joining WIZ.AI as the Human Resources Director.

Linda Zhong pursued their MBA degree from 2010 to 2012 at the BI-Fudan MBA Program. The field of study for this program is not specified.
