Ryandi Widjaja

Ryandi Widjaja has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ryandi started their professional career at Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta, where they served as an Assistant Lecturer for courses on Platform-based Programming, Computer Network, and Artificial Intelligence. After that, they joined Astra Credit Companies (ACC) as a Software Engineer Intern and later transitioned into the role of RPA Developer.

In 2020, Ryandi joined Kokatto as a Junior Software Developer, where they contributed to the development of a travel agent application and an online sales management application. Ryandi utilized Kotlin and Agile workflow for these projects, and both applications were successfully launched on the Google Play Store.

Currently, Ryandi is working at WIZ.AI as an AI Talkbot Customer Experience - Project Manager (CX-PM). In this role, they are responsible for script design, client communication, building scripts in the company's SaaS, and ensuring smooth project execution according to client requirements. Additionally, they train new joiners and supervises the WhatsApp agent team for one of the company's products.

Ryandi Widjaja completed a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended SMA Pax Patriae and obtained their Senior High School diploma in the field of Science from 2013 to 2016. Before that, they attended SMP Pax Ecclesia for Junior High School. Ryandi also obtained several additional certifications, including Microsoft Technology Associate in Software Development Fundamentals and Database Administration Fundamentals, Certified Secure Computer User v2 from EC-Council, and completed courses such as "Belajar Fundamental Aplikasi Android" and "Belajar Membuat Aplikasi Android untuk Pemula" from Dicoding Indonesia.
