Fernando Duarte

Fernando Duarte is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technology management and services. Currently serving as IT Manager at Port Wilmington, LLC since August 2023, Fernando has also been the Proprietor of Rising Phoenix Services since January 2012, where the focus is on computer repairs, website hosting, and the implementation of critical systems. Prior to this, Fernando held the position of IT Manager and Software Architect at Gulftainer from November 2018 to August 2023. Educationally, Fernando holds an MBA with a concentration in international business management, an MBA with a focus on management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology, all obtained from Goldey-Beacom College between 2010 and 2019.
