Courtney Crooks

Courtney Crooks has a diverse work experience spanning several years. They started their career as a Recruiter at National Debt Relief, LLC in 2016 and later took on roles as a Payroll Specialist, HR Administrator, and HR Generalist within the same company. In 2019, they joined VariDirect Solutions as an HR Generalist responsible for managing various HR functions. In 2020, they became a Human Resources Business Partner at Samsung Electronics America, where they partnered with the leadership team to align business needs and drive HR strategies. In 2021, they moved to Unit4 as an HR Business Partner, where they analyzed data, collaborated with the global HR team, and acted as a strategic business partner for employees. Currently, they hold the position of HR Business Partner at Wizards of the Coast.

Courtney Crooks completed their Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College between 2017 and 2019.
