Katy Klefeker

Katy Klefeker's work experience includes roles at WizeHire and Common Desk. At WizeHire, they started in December 2020 as a Senior Hiring Coach before becoming a Strategic Relationship Manager in November 2022. At Common Desk, they held various positions, starting as a Community Development Intern in February 2016, then becoming an Assistant Community Manager from July 2016 to January 2017. Katy later served as a Community Manager from January 2017 to October 2018, and finally as the Director of Hospitality from October 2018 to December 2020. In their roles at Common Desk, Katy was involved in managing building operations, developing community initiatives, and implementing strategies to enhance the member experience.

Katy Klefeker completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) with a specialization in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Dallas Baptist University from 2014 to 2016.
