Rob Rubicco is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the childcare and consulting industries. As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Treehouse Capital Partners and Co-Founder of Treehouse Play Place, Rubicco addresses critical issues in childcare affordability and accessibility, leveraging insights gained from operating a successful daycare, Anna & Jack's Treehouse. This facility has achieved recognition as the top childcare provider in its region under Rubicco's leadership. In addition to childcare ventures, Rubicco has held significant roles at companies such as Wizeline and Globant, specializing in digital transformation consulting. A member of the Pelham Chamber of Commerce, Rubicco has also been instrumental in various organizations, earning multiple awards for contributions to the community and industry. Rubicco holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from Pace University, complemented by training in Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Center.
