David Costar

David Costar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in enterprise business transformation, technology, and operational models. Currently serving as Managing Principal and Executive Advisor at Adeptify, LLC, since September 2023, David has notably led IT transformations for major companies, including a $4 billion semiconductor manufacturer. In addition, as an Advisor to the CEO at Wizerr AI, David focuses on AI-powered solutions for the Hi-Tech Manufacturing sector. Previously, David was the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President at Wolfspeed, where a $45 million digital transformation initiative was successfully led, as well as having significant roles in HR transformation at Highmark Health and KPMG. With a B.S. in Operations Management from Auburn University, David has a proven track record in driving operational efficiencies and delivering substantial cost savings across various industries.
