Prior to this role, Vasyl was Head of Technology at Access Microfinance Holding AG, driving digital transformation for a global workforce of 7,000. Previous positions include CIO at AccessBank Azerbaijan, where Vasyl managed operations and digital initiatives, and Director of IT Audit and Advisory Service at Baker Tilly (Ukraine). Vasyl's career also encompasses notable roles at Volksbank Ukraine, Afghanistan International Bank, ING Bank Ukraine, and UnexBank, complemented by a Master’s degree in Finance and a specialization in Computer Science.
