Wade Grote

Wade Grote has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles. Wade is currently the Vice President of Distributor Performance at Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits since November 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Sales - East at Fetzer Vineyards - Concha Y Toro from January 2018 to November 2020. Wade also held various regional management positions at Fetzer Vineyards, responsible for achieving sales objectives, developing strategic plans, and implementing change. Before joining Fetzer Vineyards, Wade worked as a Sales Consultant at Southern Wine & Spirits from March 2009 to March 2012, focusing on analyzing territories, establishing efficient call patterns, and maximizing sales opportunities. Wade also has experience as a Sales Manager at Crescent Hotels & Resorts and as a Sales/Operations Manager and Assistant Manager of Sales & Install at Circuit City. Wade began their career as a Banquet/Dining Room Supervisor at Thoroughbred Hospitality.

Wade Grote completed their undergraduate education from 2003 to 2007 at the University of Kentucky, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
