Ian Edwards

Ian Edwards currently serves as the Executive Director of Operations at WJEC / CBAC, having assumed this role in April 2024 after nearly eleven years as Operations Director at WJEC CBAC Ltd. Edwards has extensive experience in providing strategic leadership and operational oversight, with a focus on continuous improvement, customer service excellence, sustainability, and health and safety initiatives. Prior roles include Operations Manager at WJEC, Module Manager at Doncasters Forgings, and various management positions across notable companies such as Alcoa and LG Electronics. Edwards holds a BSc Hons in Business Administration from the University of Bath, earned between 1989 and 1993.
