Additionally, Milca serves as a Certified Executive Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching and as an Executive Coach with WJM Associates, delivering impactful coaching to leaders and teams. Previous roles include founding and directing an internal coaching program at Weatherby Healthcare, serving as Chief of Staff and Executive Office Project Manager at Image Skincare, and holding various leadership positions across multiple organizations, including Consumer Reports and Citi.
