James Luther has extensive experience in the aviation and engineering sectors, serving as the Aviation Program Manager at WK Dickson & Co., Inc. since May 1985, where responsibilities include business development, client management, design team management, and project construction management for infrastructure projects. Previously, James held the position of Senior Design Engineer with the North Carolina Army National Guard from 1983 to 2004, overseeing complex engineering projects both in domestic and international settings. James began a career in security with the United States Air Force from 1976 to 1978, providing front line security for the nation’s nuclear arsenal and assets. James is an alumnus of Richmond Community College.
