Danielle Nettles

Danielle Nettles, M.S., PHR, currently serves as the Head of Talent & ED&I at WK Kellogg Co since October 2023. Previously, Danielle Nettles held multiple positions at Kellogg Company from July 2014 to October 2023, including Senior Director of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, and Regional Manager of Talent Acquisition for North America. In these roles, Danielle Nettles was responsible for talent acquisition strategies, managing a team of over 30 professionals, and integrating HR expertise with project management. Danielle Nettles also worked at The Kresge Foundation as Talent Acquisition & Engagement Manager and at Campbell-Ewald as a Recruiter/Diversity Specialist. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Executive/Recruiter at Spherion. Danielle Nettles earned a Master’s of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Michigan State University (2000-2004).
