Stephanie Turk

Stephanie Turk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, training, and customer operations at WK Kellogg Co and Kellogg Company. Currently serving as the Director of L&D Leadership Development and Onboarding at WK Kellogg Co, Stephanie previously held various senior managerial roles at Kellogg Company, including leadership of the strategic learning plan for the US Retail Sales organization and global training facilitation. With a strong background in customer service, production planning, and account management for major retail partners, Stephanie has consistently driven high-performance teams and developed effective training programs. Stephanie holds a Master’s Degree in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from Western Michigan University and has completed a Certificate Program in Executive Women in Leadership from Cornell University.
