Matt Hein

Matt Hein is a seasoned video editor, producer, and videographer with extensive experience in the broadcast industry, spanning over two decades. Currently employed at WKYC-TV since December 2001, Matt specializes in editing, producing, shooting, and writing in-depth news and feature reports. Prior to this role, Matt served as the Executive Sports Producer at The Ohio News Network, where the sports department received recognition as "Outstanding Sports Operation" in 2001. Matt's career also includes positions at Classic Teleproductions as a Producer/Editor and at WOIO/WUAB as an Editor/Field Producer/Assignment Editor. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a focus on Broadcast Journalism from The Ohio State University.
