Don Ott

Don Ott currently serves as the Medical Products Division New Product Development Program Manager at W. L. Gore & Associates since May 2022. Prior to this role, Don was the Global Director of the Program Manager Office (PMO) at Tenneco from February 2020 to April 2022. Don's experience at Federal-Mogul Powertrain spanned from 2003 to February 2020, where roles included Global Program Manager Office (PMO) Manager, Global Quality Project Manager, and several others within program management and product development. Earlier in the career, Don worked at Quaker Fabric as a Senior Product Development Engineer and held various engineering management positions. Don began professional experience as a Product Development Technician at H. Warshow & Sons. Don holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Thomas Jefferson University and a Master of Business Administration from Western New England University.
