Greg Janicik

Greg Janicik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership development. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at W. L. Gore & Associates, Janicik has also held the position of Leadership Advisor at Leadership Development Worldwide. As the Founder and CEO of Viest Consulting and a Principal at ghSMART, Janicik has demonstrated expertise in organizational growth and executive coaching. In addition to being a Partner and Practice Leader focused on transformational change at RHR International, Janicik holds a Ph.D. in Managerial and Organizational Behavior from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSE in Biomedical & Electrical Engineering from Duke University.
