Jon Welch

Jon Welch currently serves as the Process and Data Team Lead at W. L. Gore & Associates, where responsibilities include managing multiple data teams to enhance data management, process improvement, and the implementation of new technologies across the manufacturing and supply chain lifecycle for a wide array of medical devices. Prior to this role, Jon served as Operations Officer at The Andrews Group, overseeing financial and strategic aspects of a multifamily real estate development firm. Jon also held various positions at Health Net, including Senior Compliance Analyst, where regulatory initiatives and compliance programs were coordinated, and Operations and Data Analyst, focusing on data analysis to improve operational productivity. Jon Welch earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University.
