Joseph Stanton III

Joseph (JP) Stanton III, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a proven track record in global HR operations and business partnership. Currently serving as Director of Global HR Operations at W. L. Gore & Associates, Stanton has held key leadership roles including Vice President of Human Resources at Redwood Trust and Vice President, Head of Human Resources at Integrated Asset Services & Statebridge. Earlier in the career, Stanton served as Sr Human Resources Business Partner, AVP at Aurora Bank FSB and held the position of Sr. HR Generalist at Scitor Corp. Educational qualifications include a BS in Labor and Industrial Relations with a focus on Human Resources from Penn State University and an MBA in Business from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
