Karen Conlan

Karen Conlan, PMP, CSM, is an accomplished PMO Leader with extensive experience in enterprise transformation and project management. Currently serving at W. L. Gore & Associates since June 2016, Karen leads the PMO for a multi-year initiative implementing SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and SAP SuccessFactors on a global scale, managing a team of 12 professionals. Previous roles include IT Leader for Applications Portfolio Management, Global IT PMO Leader, and Information Security Delivery Champion, achieving significant reductions in application support costs and overseeing critical IT initiatives. Karen's career began at Travelers, followed by a notable tenure at DuPont, where responsibilities ranged from Applications Rationalization Program Manager to Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Karen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computational Mathematics from Rochester Institute of Technology.
