Le Chen

Le Chen serves as the Head of HR and HR Business Partner for the APAC region at W. L. Gore & Associates since April 2022, leading the Gore Medical APAC HR team and contributing as a member of the APAC Leadership Team. Prior experience includes serving as Head of HR at Hilti Singapore and progressing through various HR project management roles at Hilti Group, focusing on change management, employee engagement, and performance management. Le Chen also held consulting roles at Aon and participated in HR transformation at Honeywell. Educational qualifications encompass an HR Strategic Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Indiana University, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from China Youth University For Political Sciences.
