Laura Degennaro

Laura DeGennaro began their work experience in 2003 as a Paralegal at Bottner & Skillman, Attorneys at Law. Laura held this position for ten years before transitioning to WLR Automotive Group, Inc. in 2013. At WLR Automotive Group, they started as an HR Business Partner, focusing on benefits. After five years in that role, they were promoted to HR Manager and then to Human Resources Director in January 2020, where they currently work.

Laura DeGennaro attended Shepherd University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration.
