Rebecca Proctor has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Rebecca started their career in 2012 as a Sales Consultant at David Lloyd Leisure, where they successfully met club targets and established strong relationships with clients. In 2014, they worked as an HR and Recruitment Coordinator at Alpha Hospital, managing recruitment and supporting HR functions. Following this, Rebecca joined KFC UK & Ireland in 2015, initially as an HR Coordinator and later as a People & Culture Business Partner, focusing on employee engagement and HR strategy. Rebecca then joined Auto & General in 2020, serving as an HR Advisor and Recruitment Specialist. In 2021, Rebecca worked as a Human Resources Contractor at Queensland Corrective Services before joining BHP as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
