Brian Kasiborski

Brian Kasiborski is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Michigan State Counsel for Westcor Land Title Insurance Company, the fifth largest title insurance underwriter and the largest independent underwriter in the U.S., since June 2020. In addition to this role, Brian has been an Adjunct Instructor at North Central Michigan College since September 2014, where responsibilities include managing course materials and engaging with students through online platforms. Previously, Brian held positions as Vice President and Michigan Agency Underwriter at Fidelity National Financial and Assistant Vice President and Michigan Underwriting Counsel at Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Additionally, Brian served as an Assistant Prosecutor for the Otsego County Prosecutor's Office, handling misdemeanors and circuit court duties. Brian has a J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and a BGS from the University of Michigan.
