Eugenia Vázquez is a seasoned corporate lawyer with extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Team Director at Baker McKenzie since March 2018. In this role, Eugenia specializes in coordinating due diligence processes and drafting complex legal documents such as share purchase agreements, investment agreements, and shareholders' agreements, with a focus on multi-jurisdictional transactions. Additionally, Eugenia is an active member of the Women in a Legal World Young, contributing to the Sustainability Commission since January 2020.
