Melanie Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and CRM systems. Currently serving as the Platform Owner for Customer Engagement at WM New Zealand since November 2019, Melanie focuses on maximizing digital platform investments, aligning capabilities with business goals, and enhancing user experience through stakeholder collaboration.
