Mitchell R. Davis III M.S.C.J. currently serves as the 1st National Vice President of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) and has held various leadership roles within law enforcement and community organizations. Notable positions include Commissioner for the Illinois Commission on Discrimination and Hate Crimes, Chief of Police for the Village of Hazel Crest, and Chairman of the Juvenile Justice & Child Protection Committee with the International Association of Chiefs of Police. Davis has a robust background in criminal justice, holding a Master's Degree from the University of Cincinnati and pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University Chicago. Engagement in community development is also evident through participation in the NBC Chicago Community Action Board and other local associations. Davis has further contributed to the field as President of the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police and Chairperson for the Cook County Southland Juvenile Justice Council.
