Chloe Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Chloe worked at WME (William Morris Endeavor) from 2016, starting as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Communications Officer of Endeavor, Christian Muirhead. In this role, they assisted in coordinating department and company-wide events, drafted company-wide notes and press releases, and organized meetings for high-level clients and business executives.
Chloe then transitioned to the position of Executive Assistant to the Head of Tour Marketing and Ticketing, Michele Bernstein. Here, they co-coordinated tour marketing timelines, assets, plans, and grids for over 30 client tours. Chloe acted as a liaison between concert promoters, the label, VIP companies, and artist management to coordinate tour announcements and backends. Chloe also communicated and organized marketing information received from promoters, including timelines, assets, localized artwork, and pre-sale information.
Continuing their journey at WME, Chloe became an Agent Trainee in Tour & Festival Marketing. Chloe attended various training sessions, Q&A's, and meetings with industry executives. Chloe pitched music crossover ideas for the BACKSTREET BOYS. Additionally, they worked in production, box office, VIP and client services for various events and concerts such as Coachella 2019, Lollapalooza 2019, and the Endeavor Retreat.
Chloe also gained experience at Slate PR in 2014, where they worked as an Events Freelancer and an Intern. Chloe assisted in managing documents, drafting memos and press releases, and organizing press materials for clients.
In 2016, Chloe worked as a Freelance Event Staff at Variety and as an Office Temporary at Principato-Young Entertainment. Chloe performed various administrative tasks, covered scripts, and managed reception duties.
