Elena Johansen

Elena Johansen is a Digital Archives Assistant at The Wall Group since October 2021 and has diverse experience in digital curation and project alignment, notably as an Independent Contractor for Enwoven, where Elena worked on digital frameworks for Teva and Ugg. Additional roles include Archives Consultant for the exhibition "Reclaiming and Refashioning the Carceral Body," and contributor/research assistant at Parsons School of Design, focusing on research for editorial teams and organizing copyright permissions for extensive visual content. Elena has served as Co-Editor for BIAS: Journal of Fashion Studies, interned at the Museum of Reclaimed Urban Space, and held internships in eCommerce and operations analysis at TOM FORD and Aspiration Partners, respectively. Elena earned an MA in Fashion Studies from Parsons School of Design and a degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Latin American Studies from Willamette University.
