Ernest Entsie

Ernest Entsie has a diverse work experience that includes various roles and responsibilities. In 2016, they worked as a Photographer, exhibiting their photography that focused on exploring the experiences of the African diaspora in predominately white societies. From 2018 to 2021, they held multiple positions at Dickinson College, including Resident Advisor, where they acted as a liaison between Residence Life and 100 residents, organizing events and enforcing college policies. Ernest also served as a Pride Coordinator, managing marketing and communication for the Office of Equity and Inclusivity and overseeing social media campaigns. Ernest was also a Teaching Assistant of Photography, assisting students with editing and printing projects.

In 2020, they worked as a Field Organizer at UNITE HERE Local 11, where they organized and supported labor initiatives. Ernest also participated in the Spring Rome Internship as a Studio Assistant, helping with photography equipment and assisting with shoots.

In 2021, Ernest joined Justworks as a Sales Development Associate, responsible for qualifying potential B2B sales prospects through outbound lead campaigns. Ernest utilized sales tools and developed a strong demo pipeline for Account Executives.

More recently, in 2022, Ernest had a rotational assistantship at WME (William Morris Endeavor) and served as a Commercial Agents Assistant. Ernest also participated in a virtual externship program at United Talent Agency, gaining insights into the career path of an Agent. Throughout their experiences, Ernest demonstrated a range of skills and a passion for photography, marketing, community engagement, and sales.

Ernest Entsie attended the School for the Visual Arts & Humanities from 2013 to 2017. Afterward, they pursued a degree in Studio Arts and Political Science at Dickinson College from 2017 to 2021. In 2020, they also had the opportunity to study Fine/Studio Arts at Temple University Rome, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree.
