Natalie Gomez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2017, they began as a Public Affairs Intern at Orange County District Attorney's office and also interned as a News Intern at KUCI-FM. Later in 2017, they worked as a Copy Editing Intern at UCI Applied Innovation. In 2019, they served as an Event Management Intern at CSC - Contemporary Services Corporation. In 2020, they worked as an Administrative Recruiting Assistant at Experiential-inc. Natalie also had multiple roles at Gomez Concrete Restoration, Inc., including Administrator and Office Assistant. In 2021, they joined Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, starting as a Recruiting Coordinator, then advancing to Associate Recruiter and finally becoming a Recruiter. Currently, in 2022, they are working as an Onboarding Coordinator for L&OD at WME (William Morris Endeavor). Natalie's experience includes responsibilities such as sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, organizing documents, ordering supplies, maintaining website, supporting budgeting and bookkeeping, and assisting with HR tasks and project estimating. Natalie has demonstrated skills in administration, recruitment, and organizational support across their various roles.

Natalie Gomez began their education at UC Irvine in 2015 and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 2019. Natalie then pursued further education in the field of Human Resources Management and obtained a Certificate from Villanova University between 2020 and 2021. Additionally, in September 2022, Natalie obtained a certification in Employee Experience from LinkedIn.
