Tiffany Vizcarra

Tiffany Vizcarra has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tiffany worked as the Director of Talent Management at WME (William Morris Endeavor) - The Harry Walker Agency since 2020. Prior to that, they held positions at The Harry Walker Agency, starting as an Agent Associate from May 2018 to June 2019, and later as the Associate Director of Speaker Management from June 2019 to March 2020. In these roles, they developed and maintained relationships with agency speakers and hosting organizations, oversaw projects for multiple speakers, coordinated speaking engagements, and liaised with different departments within the agency.

Before working at The Harry Walker Agency, Tiffany was an Administrative Assistant at the Office of Multicultural Affairs, Deans of Student from June 2017 to May 2018. In this role, they assisted with administrative duties, coordinated ongoing programs and events, and demonstrated strong organizational skills.

Tiffany also worked as an Assistant Coordinator for the WISE Honors Program at Stony Brook University from May 2017 to May 2018, where they served as a direct point of contact for clients, managed calendars, interacted with clients and internal personnel, and handled daily assistant duties.

At Stony Brook University, Tiffany held various roles including a United States Foreign Policy Teaching Assistant from January 2017 to May 2017, where they assisted professors with student tracking and attendance, provided tutoring aid, and handled scheduling and communication. Tiffany also worked as an Undergraduate Administrative Assistant for the Undergraduate Colleges from May 2015 to May 2017, maintaining office space and supply inventory, organizing work schedules, and managing office operations.

Additionally, Tiffany gained experience as a Department Intern at 92nd Street Y in 2016, where they participated in diplomatic outreach, managed social media, coordinated events, and developed spreadsheets. Tiffany was also selected as an International Relations and Global Affairs Program Scholar by the Jewish Foundation for the Education of Women, SUNY in 2016, attending monthly seminars to enhance their knowledge of global affairs.

Tiffany started their career at McDonald's as a Manager from June 2013 to June 2016. In this role, they trained new employees, ensured safety regulations, mediated conflicts, and maintained store policy compliance.

Tiffany Vizcarra has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Stony Brook University. Tiffany also holds a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from Stony Brook University Graduate School.
