Zach Iser

Zach Iser is a seasoned music industry professional with extensive experience in talent management and artist relations. Currently serving as Partner and Co-Head of Hip Hop and R&B Music at WME since January 2021, Zach has previously worked as a Talent Agent at Creative Artists Agency and ICM Partners. Zach founded DUNMORE Music Events and Marketing, a brand management company in New York City, which focused on developing talent across various entertainment sectors. Earlier career experiences include internships in artist relations, A&R, and music industry relations across prominent companies such as BMI, Atlantic/Lava Records, AOL, and Warner Bros. Records. Zach holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Business from New York University and has a strong educational background that includes early education at Calabasas High School and Stanford University.
